UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:
Provision of event management services to support in organizing 6 training sessions for strengthening capacities of ECE/Psychopedagogists staff from Resource Centers
Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with ITB number LIBS-2025-9195371 in the email subject line.
Application deadline: 06.02.2025, 23:59
The submission shall include the following:
- One e-mail for price offer and other relevant technical information
- Invitation to Bid for Services Form and Declaration filled and signed. (Pages 3-5). Please mark "YES" company or management has NOT been charged for any of the actions listed. Choose "NO" if official decisions were issued regarding company or management (subject to additional screening).
- All bid documents included in the submission email, no external links.
- Proposals are clearly marked with the ITB number: LIBS-2025-9195371 in the email title.
- Validity period of the bid - at least 120 days.
- Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no
other UNICEF e-mails in cc. - Price quotation with breakdown per budget lines as per the Terms of Reference
- Work plan showing the detailed sequence and timeline for the assignment implementation and the overall approach to the implementation;
- Quality assurance mechanism and risk mitigation measures
