UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their offers for:

Supporting Moldovan Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in drafting Social Assistance Investment Plans

Purpose of the contract: The selected consulting institution will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection in drafting Social Assistance Investment Plans for each Territorial Social Assistance Agency, aligning development of social services provision with the RESTART goals and priorities. The Social Assistance Investment Plan's final goal is to ensure access to social services, improve the quality, fill up coverage gaps of social assistance, develop human resources in each newly established TSAA, and strengthen financing and governance mechanisms.
