Centrul de Drept al Femeilor (CDF) lansează propriul site web - primul portal de informaţie juridică pentru persoanele care se confruntă cu fenomenul violenţei în familie în Moldova. Site-ul web devine, astfel, o resursă inovatoare pentru persoanele şi organizaţiile care caută soluţii în situaţiile legate de violenţa în familie.   

Site-ul web www.cdf.md promovează următoarele principii: „Ai dreptul să trăiești în siguranță!”, „Meriți o viață fără violență în familie!”, „Ai dreptul la protecție în baza legii!”. Prin acest site web și activitățile pe care le desfășoară, Centrul de Drept al Femeilor îşi propune să contribuie la abilitarea juridică a persoanelor afectate de violenţa în familie, astfel încât acestea să obţină informaţii şi sprijin în obţinerea accesului la justiţie, pentru a-şi apăra drepturile în cazuri de violenţă în familie. De asemenea, site-ul web oferă resurse pentru specialiştii care lucrează în domeniu: poliţişti, procurori, judecători, asistenţi sociali, medici de familie, psihologi etc. 

 

Unul dintre elementele inovatoare ale site-ului web www.cdf.md este lista de verificare,  în baza căreia orice persoană poate constata dacă este sau nu victimă sau potenţială victimă a violenţei în familie. La fel, prin intermediul site-ului poate fi raportat un caz de violenţă în familie şi pot fi obţinute informaţii juridice, consiliere sau răspunsuri la întrebări legate de situaţiile de violenţă în familie.

In celelalte rubrici permanente ale site-ului pot fi găsite informaţii despre Ordonanţa de Protecţie, etapele pregătirii pentru un proces sau răspunsurile la întrebările frecvente.

Centrul de Drept al Femeilor este o organizaţie non-guvernamentală care asigură – prin informare, sprijin şi asistenţă juridică – promovarea și protecția drepturilor femeilor și contribuie la reducerea violenței în familie în Republica Moldova.  Crearea site-ului www.cdf.md a fost susţinută de Agenția Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională (USAID) în cadrul Programului de Consolidare a Instituțiilor Statului de Drept (ROLISP) şi Fundaţia OAK.

Women's Law Center, Moldova launches its new website - www.cdf.md

Women's Law Center,Moldova (CDF) has launched its website - the first legal information page in the Republic of Moldova dedicated to persons coming across the phenomenon of domestic violence. The website is meant to become an innovative resource for individuals and organizations seeking solutions to situations involving domestic violence.

The www.cdf.md website promotes the following principles: "You have the right to live in safety," "You deserve a life free of domestic violence," and "You are entitled to protection under the law!"Women’s Law Centeraims to contribute through the website and its ongoing activities to the legal empowerment of persons affected by domestic violence, by providing information and assistance in obtaining access to justice, thus facilitating the protection of their rights in cases of domestic violence. Additionally, the website provides resources to professionals working in this area such as policemen, prosecutors, judges, social workers, family doctors, psychologists, and other.  

One of the innovative instruments included on the www.cdf.md website is the checklist meant to assist a person in determining whether or not he / she is a victim or a potential victim of domestic violence. Also, through this website,any person is able to report a case of domestic violence and obtain legal information, advice or answers to questions related to domestic violence situations.Other permanent sections of the website contain information regardingthe Protection Order, the preparation phases for a trial andthe answers to frequently asked questions.

The Women's Law Center, Moldova is a non-governmental organization which provides information, support and legal assistance pursuing the aim to contribute to the promotion and protection of women's rights and to the reductionof domestic violence in the Republic of Moldova. The development of the www.cdf.md site was supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)within the Rule of Law Institutional Strengthening Program (ROLISP) and the OAK Foundation.
