The EU-funded Project “Technical Assistance to support CSO development in the Republic of Moldova” is looking for one SNKE on communication for development of visibility guidance on EU funded projects and delivery of trainings to target groups.

The above Technical Assistance project  has a duration of 3 years and it is implemented by a Consortium led by KMOP- Family and Childcare Centre (Greece) . Its implementation has started in September 2017 and it aims at further contributing to civil society development, capacity building and empowering of civil society organisations for becoming a stronger actor in decision and policy making in Moldovan society.

 Job description:

The objective of this assignment is to:

  • Develop  the Communication and Visibility Guidance, which is to be distributed to grant beneficiaries of EU funded projects all over Republic of Moldova. Communication & Visibility Guidance must take into account the EC visibility rules and procedures but also paying attention to the specific relations: Grant Beneficiary- Sub-grantee
  • Deliver 9 x 1 day training sessions on EC rules and procedures on communication and visibility rules and regulations to be held in Chisinau and outside Chisinau, including preparation of training materials
  • Do the related reporting

 

Qualifications and skills required

  • Academic qualifications – higher education  degree in a relevant field for the assignment;
  • Minimum 10 years of general professional experience relevant to the assignment;
  • At least 5 years experience in implementation of visibility and promotion activities in EU funded initiatives;
  • At least 5 previous assignments of delivery of adult training sessions or equivalent;
  • Proven experience of EC rules and procedures on communication and dissemination -  - EU Visibility guidelines (https://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/sites/devco/files);
  • Prior work experience in ENI East countries and particularly Moldova will be considered as an asset.
  • Good command of oral and written English;
  • Working knowledge of the Romanian and Russian languages is compulsory;
  • Have excellent analytical and report writing skills;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Computer literacy

Input in working days:

18 working days all spent in Moldova (Chisinau and outside Chisinau) in the period of December 2018 – June 2020
