Povești de Succes

Șase luni pline de emoții și activități interesante au trecut „ca o clipire” pentru cele 30 de femei implicate, locuitoare ale c. Antonești din Cantemir și s. Taraclia de Salcie, Cahul.

Participantele din proiect au fost abilitate pentru asigurarea bunei guvernări și implicarea în rezolvarea problemelor comunitare prin intermediul politicilor publice locale realizate în comun cu Autoritățile Publice Locale.

Astfel, 15 femei din c. Antonești, r. Cantemir și 15 femei din s. Taraclia de Salcie, r. Cahul au creat două Cluburi de Femei în cele 2 comunități. Ele sunt beneficiare ale inițiativei „Împuternicirea femeilor în mediul rural pentru asigurarea bunei guvernări” realizată de AO Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară, în cadrul proiectului „Parteneriate pentru liderismul femeilor și bună guvernare”, implementat de Fundația „Friedrich Ebert” Moldova și AO „Institutum Virtutes Civilis”, cu sprijinul financiar al Uniunii Europene și Fundației „Friedrich Ebert”.

Lucrând asiduu și în armonie, cele 30 de femei și dornice de a face parte activ din viața localităților, au participat la instruiri și ședințe de lucru comune în urma cărora au  realizat și au înaintat către Consiliile Locale a fiecărei localități din care fac parte propuneri de politici publice ce au fost aprobate și votate unanim.

În cadrul proiectului, Cluburile de Femei din cele două localități au avut parte de susținere financiară pentru a soluționa câte o problemă din lista celor prezentate în politicele publice aprobate de APL-uri.

Astfel, datorită conlucrării fructuoase cu APL c. Antonești, Căminul Cultural Leca va dispune de un sistem audio, pentru ca femeile și bărbații comunității să poată să se implice și mai mult la viața culturală a satului, iar în s. Taraclia de Salcie a fost deschisă, inclusiv cu suportul financiar al comunității, prima sală de fitness din localitate.

La începutul lunii septembrie a avut loc cel mai așteptat eveniment din cadrul proiectului – Schimbul de Bune Practici, în cadrul căruia participantele au avut oportunitatea să împărtășească din experiența acumulată în cele șase luni de activități.

Proiectul a demarat în luna martie și s-a finalizat în luna septembrie anul trecut culegând frumoase și bogate roade. Prin inițiativele realizate, noi, echipa AO Centrul Regional de Dezvoltare Comunitară, am tins să contribuim la crearea unui mediu local prielnic dezvoltării comunitare și promovării viitoarelor lidere locale.
