The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is pleased to announce an extension of the submission deadline for:

RFQ/MOL/CO/25/021 – Certified IT Skills & Family Access

NRC invites all eligible training providers and educational institutions legally registered in Moldova to submit quotations for the delivery of:

• Certified Microsoft Office IT courses for refugee and host community youth (ages 15–35), delivered through in-person, hybrid, or online formats.
• Childcare services for children aged 1.5–6 years during in-person courses, to support access for participants with dependents.

Partial submissions are accepted.
Interested parties are encouraged to apply even if they can offer only one of the two services (IT training or childcare). Submissions may be made partially or in full depending on the provider’s capacity.
