United Nations Development Programme, through “Enabling an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova" Project hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for conducting a cost-benefit analysis and develop waste-related business models for specific waste streams, as well as to develop an EPR communication and e-learning tool in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
