Tender no. 83473268 Support Invest Moldova Agency portfolio activity in Gagauzia region
The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a company to support Invest Moldova Agency portfolio activity in Gagauzia region, within its “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” project.
The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The objective of the current assignment is to support the Invest Moldova Agency in developing a business value proposition for Gagauzia region, thus developing accurate and comprehensive FDI investment attraction offers for potential investors and export promotion offers for local business community.
To achieve the assignment objective, the selected service provider shall perform following activities:
- Arrange meetings and coordinate activities with stakeholders (Invest Moldova Agency, private companies, business associations, and local public authorities from the targeted region, etc.).
- Data collection, analysis, and draft elaboration of the Gagauzia region presentation (info package).
- Data collection, analysis, and draft elaboration of the Gagauzia region infrastructure opportunities database.
- Data collection, analysis, and draft elaboration of the Gagauzia region promotional brochures.
- Data collection, analysis, and draft elaboration of the Gagauzia region export offer. Mapping regional companies with export potential and collect data from them.
- Share and consult the elaborated drafts with GIZ project team together with Invest Moldova Agency.
- Submit the final version of deliverables within agreed timeframe.
The tender is open to private companies, public institutions, non-government organizations, professional associations, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the respective country.
Offers must be prepared in English.
Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of (please find in TOR):
- Part 1: Technical offer, that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables; Please include also the registration certificates.
- Part 2: Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0.
Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio of 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (83473268) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building; 9th floor, Chisinau) not later than 26.09.2024 time 15:00.
Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
