ESG project manager

Your mission: As Project Manager, you will link market and government expectations to the company's sustainability strategy. You will be the main communicator, both internally and externally, on ESG issues.

Job function:

• Execute ESG-related tasks for which you are the project leader. Follow up on timings and use available resources to ensure the best result;
• Support and follow up on ESG actions performed. You assist the project leaders in the execution of their tasks and ensure that hurdles are tackled;
• Manage the overall ESG action pipe-line and are responsible for following up on the KPI reporting;
• Together with the R&D Director and the Green Team, you play a key role in shaping the ESG strategy;
• You study certifications in the ESG field and apply for relevant certifications;
• You follow up on evolutions in the ESG landscape worldwide and advise actions accordingly;
• Enthusiasm to build a network within the ESG world to stay informed on upcoming changes and identify policymakers;
• You familiarize yourself with ESG efforts from competitors and relevant industry players to benchmark internal efforts;
• You manage the internal and external communication regarding ESG efforts and progress within;
• You are a motivator and involve others in changing the overall company culture towards more sustainability;
• You participate in the industry ESG events.

• Communication skills: A good command of English is mandatory

• Ability to design, implement and monitor big projects
• Willingness to appreciate cultural diversity (multiculturalism)
• Effective presentation skills

• Research skills: data analysis
• Ability to collaborate with professionals in the fields
