Public relations

General description

Developing detailed programs to complete some tasks and reviewing, which requires practice and experience in the principles and foundations of work in the field of public relations, as well as implementing programs for receiving and seeing off guests and visitors. In addition to providing supervision over the preparation of meeting rooms, meetings, seminars, conferences, and all activities held by the mission.

Job Duties:

• Implement and follow up on programs for receiving and seeing off delegations and visitors and facilitating their residence procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality of any information he has accessed by virtue of his job, and not disclose it, whether in writing, verbally or electronically.
• Assist with organizing celebrations, seminars, conferences, meetings and planned events.
• Making travel arrangements, including booking airline tickets and hotels.
• Follow up on the accomplishment and printing of works related to religious occasions and national holidays.
• Organizing cultural, social and sports activities.
• Welcoming new employees and giving them a brief overview of the mission, its specializations and departments.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any information he has accessed by virtue of his job, and not disclose it, whether in writing, verbally or electronically.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
