Corporate IT Recruiter

Requirements

  • +2 years experience in the position of a recruiter (full cycle)
  • Successful experience in searching, screening and hiring candidates for various positions
  • А сlear understanding of best practices and recruitment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several priorities
  • Ability to use candidate tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information with care
  • English Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Conversational level of Romanian
  • Solid knowledge Excel


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Team Leads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position
  • Use various search methods, such as job postings, social media and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Participation in job fairs, active participation in recruiting/HR communities of Moldova
  • Review resumes and conduct initial online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience
  • Plan and coordinate interviews with candidates;
  • Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve our processes and strategies
  • Assist with the adaptation and orientation of new employees, if necessary
  • Run a recruiting ATS and generate reports
