Tender no. 83483940 for acquisition of the services for carrying out capacity-building activities for the energy-related organisations led by women

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is seeking to contract a local company for carrying out capacity-building activities for the energy-related organisations led by women.

The scope of assignment is to develop training materials and conduct two workshops with interactive training sessions in leadership, project management and advocacy for the energy-related organisations led by women.

The services within the assignment will be provided in the period between March 2025 and May 2025

The selected consultant will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

The successful application shall include:

1.     Technical offer, containing (in a separate document):

• CVs of team of experts according to ToR requirements
• Technical-methodological conceptual design for service delivery
• Profile of company/organization with relevant experience in the field (including Legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova).

2. Financial offer, containing (in a separate document):

• The financial offer shall include a breakdown of the amounts for the deliverables required under sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 of the ToR, as well as the total budget expressed in MDL, VAT 0%.

All personal data is for the internal use of GIZ; confidentiality is guaranteed.

The tender is open to private companies, resident in the Republic of Moldova, registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Specific requirements regarding the bidders:

• Legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova.
• At least five years of proven experience at national and/or regional level in consulting, research and/or capacity building services.
• Have at least three years of experience and a good track record in organizing training sessions, workshops, conferences.
• Experience in the development/conducting of interactive training sessions suitable for different target groups of people.

Bid’s evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the GIZ country office – Chisinau, 73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Bvd., National Business Center, 9^th floor – indicating the tender number 83483940 not later than 13.03.2025, 15:00 Chisinau local time.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
