The UNHCR Representation in Moldova is seeking qualified suppliers to conclude frame agreements for the supply of meeting hall(venue) rental & catering services. Bids should be submitted via: https://etenderbox.unhcr.org . Reference number in eTenderBox is ITB/2024/3. The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated.

The deadline for receipt of questions is 28/04/2024 - 23:59 hrs EEST.  Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification or any question in respect of this ITB by e-mail to Tibuleac Igor at tibuleac@unhcr.org      

The deadline for the submission of the quotation is 05/05/2024 – 23:59 hrs EEST. Please follow the instructions when submitting your bid. Bid Submissions are NOT to be sent to the e-mail address above.

Bid Submissions sent directly to the e-mail address above will result in disqualification of the offer.
