Achiziții de bunuri și contractări de servicii

UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their bids for hygiene supplies as per the list enclosed in the attached ITB document.  

Bidders are invited to submit their offers no later than Wednesday, 11 August 2021, 11:00 UCT.

The bids may be submitted in English or Romanian, via e-mail at chisinautenders@unicef.org. Partial bids are accepted. The bids are requested on the condition of delivery to the Sanfarmprim SA premises (Chisinau, 147A Grenoble street). The supplier will apply UNICEF-provided stickers on product packages. Requested delivery date – no later than 14 days from the contract signature date. The offers should be valid for 120 days.

The suppliers are requested to fill and submit the forms at pages 3-5 of the attached RFQ document. The prices should be provided without VAT and other taxes. Due to the teleworking arrangements of the UNICEF staff involved, there will be no public opening of the bids.
