The EU4Moldova: Focal Regions Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations International Children's Fund (UNICEF), is looking for a Contractor to design, develop and maintain the project websites – www.eu4ungheni.md and www.eu4cahul.md in order to make them more user friendly and more useful in operation, including the graphic works and programing the Content Management System.

The scope of service is to redesign and develop 2 (two) websites to have a modern, practical and user-friendly design, with smooth navigation, good information resource and working tools. The Contractor is not required to develop the content of the websites, however the content of the old www.eu4ungheni.md and www.eu4cahul.md webpages shall be migrated into the new webpages.
