Commercial Manager
The role involves direct involvement in the development of a second-hand retail store network and coordination of commercial and logistical operations. The company is part of an international network active in sustainable second-hand clothing retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire commercial activity of the store network in Moldova;
- Actively participating in the expansion process: identifying new locations, opening new stores, and collaborating with the international expansion team;
- Managing the local team: recruitment, training, motivation, and supervision (Shop Managers, sales assistants);
- Planning merchandise orders and coordinating deliveries;
- Implementing internal policies and ensuring compliance with local legislation (health, labor protection, safety);
- Monitoring the budget and financial performance of the stores;
- Coordinating local marketing activities (social media, promotions, customer communication);
- Representing the company in relations with local authorities and suppliers.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in retail (preferably fashion);
- Experience in team management;
- Knowledge of fashion and clothing trends;
- Good command of English and digital skills (Excel, email, internal applications);
- Results-oriented, organized, and proactive person;
- Valid driving license (category B).
