Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
• Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the industrial sector;
• Solid expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot);
• Proven ability to create and execute effective marketing plans aligned with business goals;
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns;
• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Creative, results-driven mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
