Call for Consultancy Services: Enhancing Self-Reliance and Durable Solutions for Displaced Populations in Moldova

As part of its mission in Moldova, NRC invites qualified consultants or consultancy firms to submit their applications for a consultancy assignment aimed at enhancing self-reliance and durable solutions programming for people displaced from Ukraine in the Republic of Moldova. This consultancy will provide strategic, evidence-based recommendations to guide NRC’s interventions, with a focus on overcoming socio-economic integration barriers and achieving durable outcomes.
Scope of Consultancy
The consultancy will contribute to NRC’s programming goals by addressing the following key areas:
Research and Assessment
Conduct comprehensive desk research and field data collection, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), to assess gaps and barriers to self-reliance and durable solutions.
Workshop Facilitation
Organize and deliver a two-day in-person workshop in Chișinău involving NRC staff and partners to gather insights and inform program development.
Logic Model Development
Design an evidence-based Self-Reliance Logic Model outlining overarching goals, key domains of change, and standard outcome indicators.
Monitoring Tool Creation
Develop practical tools to measure self-reliance outcomes, aligned with NRC’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) standards.
Final Report and Presentation
Prepare and deliver a detailed briefing document summarizing findings, insights, and strategic recommendations, accompanied by a presentation to NRC and relevant stakeholders.
