Acted is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to showing up on time.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces; restock hygiene supplies.
• Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and replace liners.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance issues.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned.

The selection procedure consists of the following steps:

• Collection of submitted CVs during the period until the deadline specified in the announcement (all CVs sent in accordance with the requirements are considered).
• CV-analyzing the resumes based on the vacancy requirements.
• Formation of a list of potential candidates, based on the score after CV-analysis.
• Pre-interview by phone (just to clarify some details).
• Invitation of candidates with a sufficiently high score after CV-analysis for a test.
• Notification of the test results (within 1 week) and if the test is passed successfully invitation for an interview.
• After the interview, sending a decision on the candidate (positive or negative), takes  within 1 week.
