Program Coordinator within PAS Center implemented programs (full-time)
The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center) The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center), a non-governmental and non-profit organization specializing in health-related projects, seeks to hire a Program Coordinator to support the implementation of its programs. The selected candidate will play a key role in advancing the PAS Center's mission of fostering a society rooted in democratic values, supporting health sector reforms, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The PAS Center now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
The Consultant should meet the following minimum qualifications requirements:
- Postgraduate studies in project management, business administration, medicine, social sciences, or a closely related field.
- A master’s degree in public health management is considered an advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing health or social projects.
- Managerial experience in the health sector is an asset.
- Experience working with international organizations on health-related projects is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of project management principles and their application in various organizational contexts.
- Experience as a public official in health institutions will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Proven computer literacy, including experience working with databases and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competence in planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling project activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, under time pressure, while demonstrating flexibility and responsibility.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers – Procurement in Investment Project Financing. Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services dated November 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Regulations”) setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest and with the latest Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the „Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants” method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
