We work closely with communities and organizations to bring hope and support where it's needed most. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Social Media & Video Content Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, creativity, and making a difference.

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Video Content Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content across our social media platforms, as well as producing impactful video content that tells the story of our work. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, and be able to deliver visually compelling material that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling posts, captions, and content that reflect Hope4’s mission and work.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze social media trends, data, and metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Work with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns around events, projects, and key moments.

- Content Creation:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content that captures the essence of our work.
- Capture and produce videos featuring beneficiaries, partners, donors, and events.
- Create photo and video stories that showcase the impact of our programs and initiatives.
- Develop graphics and visual content to support posts and campaigns.

- Video Production:
- Lead the creation of short films, event recaps, and documentary-style video pieces for use across digital platforms.
- Edit video content for various formats including social media, website, and YouTube.
- Ensure all video content aligns with our brand and delivers a strong visual message.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinciResolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience with creating and managing content across all major social media platforms.
- Creativity and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NGOs or non-profit work is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is an added advantage.
