BDR Associates is seeking to employ a PR Consultant who wants to work in a fast paced, challenging role to build the PR career within a growing successful business. This position undertakes daily media liaison, writing and editing of media releases and participating at the PR strategies developing with the following responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing PR strategies and campaigns.
• Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts.
• Designing or project managing the production of visual communications and digital content.
• Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press and related organizations.
• Organizing and attending PR events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
• Providing clients/colleagues with information about new PR opportunities and current PR campaigns’ progress.
• Media Monitoring and Media Coverage reporting.
• Undertaking relevant market research and data analysis.
• Coordinating and analyzing the success of online advertising.
• Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping clients/colleagues up to date with these.

Qualifications and skills required:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in communications, public relations, or a similar field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of PR concepts and best practices.
• A good knowledge and comprehension of the local and international mass-media environment.
• Experience with video production and editing.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Outstanding computer skills, including experience with databases and design software.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and methods.
