The role in a nutshell:
As an HR Administrator (Local Market Consultant), you will coordinate daily activities between the GEO business and In-Country Experts, Clients, and Workers to effectively onboard new workers and coordinate them through the employment and administrate end to end HR process.
How you will make a difference:
You will make a difference in this role by providing high quality and compliant GEO services to Safeguard’s global clients and workers and by supporting payroll processes. As well reviewing expenses and reports, coordinating the worker employment life cycle from commencement of employment to termination and ensuring compliance of all worker contracts are in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
You will outstand by supporting the monthly payroll life cycle, funding, billing processes ensuring all processes are accurate and prompt.
What will give you an advantage:
- To succeed in this role, you need to speak fluent English.
- HR administration/coordination/implementation experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and being a team player.
