The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through its project "Moldova Sustainable Green Cities" hereby announces an Expression of Interest for interested individuals to apply for the position of the:

1. Assistant for the Green City Lab; or
2. Project development manager for the Green City Lab.

Under the overall guidance and supervision of the executive director the assistant, is expected to support and assist in various aspects of Green City Lab (GCL) procurement, financial management, and reporting.

The project development manager is expected to provide effective and efficient support to the Green City Lab director in the development of project proposals and new service lines to secure suitable funding and resources for GCL functioning.

Both, the project development manager, and the assistant will be appointed by the GCL Executive Director based on results of the UNDP lead job recruitment process.

This EoI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserve the right to accept or reject any or all EoI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds.

The Applicants shall submit:

1. Offeror's Letter confirming Interest and Availability;
2. Personal CV, including information about past experience in similar assignments and contact details for referees (at least 3);
3. Financial proposal (in MDL), specifying the expected net monthly salary;
4. Other documents as relevant.

The application package shall be submitted electronically by March 1, 2021, 12:00 to the following e-mail address: alexandru.rotaru@undp.org titled in the message subject line as:

1. “GCL Assistant, [applicant’s name]” - if applied for the position of the assistant; or
2. "GCL Project development manager [applicant’s name]” - if applied for the position of project development manager.

The application package received after the above deadline will not be considered.
