- The Government of Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Education Quality Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Equipment.
- The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Equipment for schools and early education institutions and National Agency for Curriculum and Evaluation divided in five (5) lots as follows:
Lot-1 “Interactive panels”;
Lot-2 “Smart TV”
Lot-3 “Laptops/Computers and accessories”
Lot-4 “Printing and scanning equipment”
Lot-5 “Projection and office equipment”
- Bidders may Bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the request for bids document. Bids for each lot must be complete. Evaluation of bids will be done on a per-lot basis. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
- Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers – Procurement in IPF of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, November 2020 (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Regulations”), and with the latest Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

- The bidding document, in English, may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the e-mail below. The bidding document will be sent by e-mail.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below:

until May 15, 2025, 11:00 local time.
Electronic Bidding will not be permitted.
Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below MD-2004, Republic of Moldova, Chisinau, 180 Stefan cel Mare str., 13th floor, room 1305 on May 15, 2025, 11:00.
- All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
