UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

Event management support in organizing training sessions to strengthen capacities of ECE (Early Childhood Education) staff in acquiring new skills in socio emotional learning and playful pedagogy.

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email to chisinautenders@unicef.org, with ITB number LIBS-2024-9194577 in the email subject line.

Application deadline: 22.12.2024, 23:59

The submission shall include the following: 

• One e-mail for price bid and other relevant technical information
• Invitation to Bid for Services Form filled and signed. (Pages 3-5)
  (By answering YES to the Declaration statements it means the company has NOT been charged with actions listed, and vice-versa.
• All bid documents included in the submission email, no external links.
• Proposals are clearly marked with the ITB number: LIBS-2024-9194577 in the email title.
• Validity period of the bid - at least 120 days.
• Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org, no
  other UNICEF e-mails in cc.
