INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED, implementing the project “Consultant of External Evaluation” under l’Agence Française de Développement (AFD) funding, is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for all the deliverables of the lot for the following consultancy:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English, Romanian and Russian) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on 21/11/2024 at 3:00 PM in ACTED representative office in Moldova, Chisinau, 182 Stefan Cel Mare bd., 3^rd floor. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. The meeting will also be held remotely online, bidders must contact Acted Moldova via the tender email to request to be added to this meeting before 12/11/2024.

All bids must be submitted before the 09/12/2024 at 5:00PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to Moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids or unsealed envelope will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 10/12/2024 at 10:00 AM in the ACTED representative office in Moldova, Chisinau, 182 Stefan Cel Mare bd., 3^rd floor. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
