HELVETAS is in the process of implementing the project Achieving Resilience through Employment, Skills Development, and Social Cohesion Opportunities in Moldova, in partnership with HEKS/EPER with the support of the Swiss Government.

HELVETAS launches this RFQ in order to contract the consultant for developing of the detailed technical specifications for a software module that enables the referral mechanism on the www.angajat.md website. The module should facilitate listing in one single source of the employment supporting services offered by the organizations so that this list could be consulted both directly by the beneficiaries seeking for services and activities that would enhance their capacity to receive a job or get self-employed, as well as by the National Employment Agency’s employees while providing consultation sessions and developing the livelihood pathways.
