NATIONAL FOR A TAXI SERVICES FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

ACTED, implementing several projects is inviting suppliers of services to submit offers for [at least one or all] lots for the following description of the services:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents in English, Romanian, Russian or Ukrainian may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

-        ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun Chișinău, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3

or can be requested by sending an email to moldova.tender@acted.org cc tender@acted.org

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A pre-tender information session will be organized on February 20^th at 11am in ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun Chișinău, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.

All bids must be submitted before March 4^th at 5pm Moldovan time at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place March 6^th at 11am in the ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun Chișinău, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3 The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
