The Capacity Needs Assessment of the grant beneficiaries of the call EuropeAid/152768/DH/ACT/ survey has been carried out within the framework of “Technical Assistance to support CSO development in the Republic of Republic of Moldova”, Contract No: 2017/388- 484). One of the aims of the project is to ensure technical assistance to EU grant beneficiaries benefiting from the call EuropeAid/152768/DH/ACT/, to implement EU funded projects, as well as to comply with EU rules and procedures.
