Meet U.S. | Road Trips in the USA

Driving by car is the most popular form of travel in the U.S. as America has an extensive highway system. Many people choose to drive instead of taking a plane because it's relatively easy to cover large distances by car.

In this Meet U.S. session, Katherine Freeman, political science student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, will talk about some of the most popular vacation spots such as Mount Rushmore and the Statue of Liberty, but also about hidden gems that you might not have heard of. The Ozarks in Missouri, the Arches National Park in Utah, and Mackinac Island in Michigan are just some examples of these amazing destinations!
