Vladimir is a Moldovan lawyer, who specialized in civil law, contracts, public procurement, litigation, and insolvency proceedings. Vladimir co-founded the Young Lawyers Association under the Moldovan Bar and was President. Since 2019, he is a member of the European Young Bar Association (EYBA) special committee dedicated to the Council of Europe.
