The Project Assistant supports project execution through administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and documentation. They help maintain project progress and budget compliance while strengthening collaboration between civil society and public authorities to improve public services, inclusive consultations on EU accession, and social cohesion.

Duty station - Chișinău
Salary range – 13.870,00 - 14.770,00 MDL gross
Based on the assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and previous experience.

Education & Work Experience
Qualification:
-
- Bachelor degree in international development, education, social sciences or other relevant fields or relevant field;
- Internship and/or relevant experience with international organization or national civil society organizations;
- At least 1 year of work experience in positions that entail responsibility for project activity implementation or support of local partners;
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a project-based environment;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office suite application, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media skills represent an advantage;
- Experience working in partnerships with other organizations, teams, diverse groups of people;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Willing to travel across Moldova;
- Strong ethical standards.
