We are: ABSL Moldova is the first and only international association in Moldova, dedicated to the development and growth of the Business Services sector. Our mission is to foster collaboration, provide support to our members, and enhance the sector’s contribution to the local and global economy.
Job type: Full-Time, work from office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Location: Office in Chișinău (Botanica), with frequent travel across Chișinău, Moldova, and occasional international trips.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABSL Moldova. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the association and supporting its leadership in daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Handling documentation and maintaining accurate records;
- Communicating effectively and professional correspondence with organizations, association committees, members, partners, and international branches of the association;
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and schedules;
- Preparing and issuing invoices, as well as ensuring timely follow-ups;
- Managing and updating social media platforms and online presence;
- Collaborating with partner organizations and government institutions;
- Assisting with the planning and organization of the Director's calendar;
- Ensuring efficient time management for both personal and team tasks;
- Representing the association during external meetings and events;
- Supporting logistics for domestic and international business trips.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, International economic relations or a related field;
- Preferred experience in a similar administrative or organizational role (We are open to consider candidates without experience, what is important is the desire to develop and be active);
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills in English, Romanian, and Russian;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus;
- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally as required;
- Preferred candidates will possess an understanding of the business services industry and experience engaging with non-profit and government organizations.
