Joint Venture of local and internaltional engineering and consulting companies Sigma Engineering SRL and SWS Consulting Enigneering srl are hiring:

1. Site Engineer

Qualification requirement:

• Minimum B.Sc. degree in civil/water/environmental engineering or similar;
• Minimum 7 years’ planning, implementation and monitoring of similar projects, with regard to Wastewater Treatment Plant;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as Site Engineer of multi-disciplinary teams in the design and construction under similar projects;
• Familiarity with and experience & knowledge of the procurement policy and rules of international financial institutions.

2. Quality Assurance Expert

Qualification requirement:

• A degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in quality management of civilworks and materials testing;
• Experience of dealing with clarifiers, trickling filters, pumpingstations, pipe networks construction contracts is essential,including electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in similar position on at least two (2) successful projects of similar size and complexity during last 7 years shall be demonstrated.

3. Structural Engineer

Qualification requirement:

• A degree in Structural Engineering;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in structural works;
• Experience in construction of reinforced concrete structures.
• Experience in similar position on at least two (2) successful projects of similar size and complexity shall be demonstrated.

4. Electrical Engineer

Qualification requirement:

• A degree in electrical and control engineering;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the management of electrical and control works;
• Experience of dealing with electrical and control systems of clarifiers, trickling filters, pumping stations, pipe networks construction contracts is essential, including exterior electrical supply of the equipment and plants;
• Experience in similar position on at least two (2) successful projects of similar size and complexity shall be demonstrated.

All personnel shall be fluent in English, and knowledge of the local languages will be considered an asset, and be fully computer literate, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. Local certification as Site Supervisor (responsabil tehnic) will be considered an asset.

Expected date for the commencement of the Services: May-June 2025
