UNICEF Moldova: Programme Officer, NO-B (FT) _for Moldova nationals/residents only
UNICEF Moldova, in partnership with UNDP Moldova, with the financial support of the European Union, supports the Ministry of Education and Research (MER) in implementing the “Advancing quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all” Programme, aimed to contribute to human capital development in the Republic of Moldova by improving quality and relevance of education and lifelong learning opportunities for all, for better matching the labour market demands.
In view of the above, UNICEF Moldova is hiring a Programme Officer, NO-B, to provide professional technical assistance and support for programme design, planning and implementation, management and evaluation of programme/project activities, data analysis and progress reporting, in support of programme goals and objectives.
To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have
Minimum requirements:
- Education: A university degree in one of the following fields is required: Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or another relevant technical field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Romanian and working knowledge of English.
Desirables:
- Experience working in a developing country.
- Background/familiarity with emergency.
- Knowledge of Russian or another official UN language.
