🎯 Project Objective: The project aims to support young people, especially women, in gaining employability and creating new job opportunities by improving professional skills and strengthening collaborations with employers.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to bring together three critical forces: donors ready to invest in education, individuals eager to learn and grow, and companies seeking skilled professionals. Our project is a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration, aiming to connect business needs with participants' ambitions and the valuable support of donors, ensuring mutual benefit.

Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will:

• Develop and oversee the project plan, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Actively coordinate and communicate with donors, educational institutions, and business partners to foster long-term collaborations.
• Lead a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Organize training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing employability skills.
• Track and report on project progress, managing budgets and maintaining compliance with financial guidelines.
• Represent the project in discussions with government representatives, educational authorities, and stakeholders to promote and expand the project’s impact.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:

1. Project Management Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, ideally within the education, social development, or NGO sectors.
2. Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in Romanian and English (Russian will be an asset) both written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with donors, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
3. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, with skills in motivating and managing a diverse group of professionals to achieve project objectives.
4. Partnership-Building Abilities: Skilled in networking and establishing partnerships that align with the project’s goals; experience working with both public and private sector stakeholders is a plus.
5. Problem-Solving Mindset: Resourceful in overcoming challenges, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a proactive approach to project needs.
