The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Chisinau is offering a temporary position of the Administrative assistant/receptionist (local staff)
Requirements:
Romanian, Russian (native, fluent knowledge), English
A knowledge of Czech would be an advantage
A previous experience at similar job would be an advantage but isn’t necessary
University degree or high school
Customer service and counselling type skills.
The applicant will have to obtain a security clearance
Main duties and responsibilities:
Receiving visitors at the front desk
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls,
Arranging appointments
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Performing simple accounting tasks
Prepare materials for the website of the Embassy (English, Romanian, Russian)
Occasionally substitute for a person in the development assistance department of the Embassy
The contract will be offered to cover a maternity leave (with possible extension).
