People in Need is hiring a Grants and Reporting Assistant/Officer
As a member of the Country Programme (CP), the Grants and Reporting Assistant/Officer will support the Grants and Reporting Coordinator (GRC) in grants management, project proposal review and oversight, particularly in compiling the relevant documents and annexes for project proposals and reports in accordance with donors’ requirements. The Grants and Reporting Assistant/Officer responsibilities will also include help in collecting and compiling information internally from other PIN departments and from external sources. Other tasks will include support in organisation of and participation in the internal coordination and project review meetings.

Salary range - 17 550 -24 960 MDL gross, discussed during the interview, depending on the qualifications of the candidate

Work Experience - At least two years of experience of working in non-profit/ social sector; experience with humanitarian and/or development organization is desirable
Languages - English (required fluent written and spoken skills), Romanian (required), Russian (desirable)
Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work
Expected Duration of Assignment - 01/05/2024 - 30/04/2025
