HR Generalist/Client Relations Associate
HR-Consulting srl, an HR services company based in Chisinau, Moldova with 27+ years in the market, due to the extension of its business, is looking for candidates to fill the position within its HR outsourcing department:
HR Generalist / Client Relations Associate
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services;
- Proactively work with clients to understand and to satisfy their needs;
- Reporting on time (using MS Excel);
- Manage ongoing projects;
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Support team colleagues where and when required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, experience working in an international project will be an advantage;
- Problem-solver with a focus on delivering results;
- Customer-focused with a drive to develop and nurture relationships;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly);
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure;
- Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Excel & Word);
- Fluency in Romanian and English languages.
