Duration: Six months with possibility of extension
All Inclusive Salary: 15000 MDL per month

Context:
Following the launch of military operations across Ukrainian territory on 24 February 2022, substantive flows and displacements across Ukraine and toward neighbouring countries have been reported countries in the following days. As response to the Ukrainian crisis, IOM Chisinau has increased operational activities which requires additional administrative staff.
Working under the overall supervision of the Shelter/CBI Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible in providing administrative and field programme support along with the implementation and reporting of the CBI Project in Moldova.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cash Based Interventions (CBI) activities (including beneficiary enrollment and distribution) and support field teams in all aspect of implementation.
- Compile enrollment and distribution data on daily basis and produce progress report.
- Responsible for proper documentation, review, filing, handling and archiving of individual casefiles, programme documents and related documents and communication and make recommendations to improve filing and documentation.
- Organize internal and external meetings/workshops/training in coordination with the different components of the programme.
- Draft programme procurement plan, prepare requisitions of all the supplies and activities, as needed, ensuring accuracy in the specifications and timely delivery, collate procurement requests for approvals.
- Prepare travel authorizations and arrangements in conjunction with meetings, workshops, conferences, track and prepare itinerary and prepare associated documentations.
- Draft monthly and weekly report of the programme.
- Frequent visit to field for implementation/monitoring of CBI activities.
- Assist the Programme Officer in all other administrative functions, as required.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences/Humanities/Development Studies or related field with two years of relevant professional experience;
Or,
- High School diploma with four years of relevant experience.
Experience
- High level of computer literacy and good knowledge of the MS Office application;
- Experience in liaising with other national/international institutions, the UN and NGOs;
- Strong sense of details and accuracy in all matters;
- Reliable, able to work under pressure, good organizational skills and drive for results.
Languages
Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian is required.

A prerequisite for taking up the position is legal residency in the country of the duty station and work permit, as applicable.
