Administrative Assistant

The main task of the Administrative Assistant is to provide the whole NGO team with relevant support in all aspects of administrative management.

Responsibilities:

  • Making all administrative information available to the staff (posting, meetings, etc.), supporting the Project HR Manager in translating documents into local language and assisting in meetings upon request.
  • Additional HR/ Admin tasks delegated by the Project HR Manager
  • Assists in the recruitment process for hiring local staff
  • Manages and coordinates the transfers of International Staff between Iasi – Chisinau – Otaci, booking international flights if needed
  • According to a Hiring and Induction Checklist ensures the induction procedure is being followed, coordinating with relevant departments or staff (such as PC, Logistics, Security, Finance, Programmes ).

Requirments :

  • Essential previous working experience of at least one year in relevant jobs ;
  • Desirable experience of working in NGOs in developing countries will be an advantage ;
  • Knowledge of Romanian or Russian and English at least B2 level ;
  • Essential computer literacy (word, excel, internet);
  • Results and Quality Orientation;
  • Team work and Cooperation .
