The office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in the Republic of Moldova is looking for a program coordinator to join the team. The initial duration of the contract is 2 years.

  Responsibilities:

• To design, coordinate and implement political educational programs in the Republic of Moldova and regional educational programs in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) Member States;
• To coordinate the cooperation with political and civil society actors from the EaP Member States;
• To accompany German delegations in the Republic of Moldova, as well as study trips of delegations from EaP Member States to Germany;
• To handle the financial administration of projects;
• To liaise with the media and to manage public relations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in humanities or social sciences;
• Relevant experience in political and/or non-governmental sector;
• Consolidated competences in the field of project management;
• In-depth knowledge of the political situation in the Republic of Moldova and in the post-Soviet area, as well as of the Eastern Partnership of the European Union;
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian, English, and Russian. Knowledge of German would be an asset;
• Spirit of initiative and independence/self-reliance;
• Tact and diplomacy skills;
• Good computer skills;
• Identification with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's values and political orientation.
