TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

Context
Within the Impact Space project, EcoVisio AO (Republic of Moldova) is organizing a study visit to Riga, Latvia, for a group of 20 participants from the Republic of Moldova. We invite travel agencies to submit a financial offer for group air tickets.

Scope of services

• Round-trip air tickets for 20 passengers (Chișinău - Riga - Chișinău)
• Outbound: Chișinău → Riga, 4 November 2026
• Return: Riga → Chișinău, 8 November 2026
• Each ticket must include additional 8 kg baggage for each passenger, on both the outbound and return flights

The offer must include

• Flight itinerary: airline, flight numbers, departure/arrival times, connections and layover duration
• Price per passenger and total price for 20 passengers, in EUR, with all taxes and fees included
• Confirmation that the additional 8 kg baggage is included in the quoted price for each passenger, on both flights
• Written confirmation that the agency can secure tickets for the entire group of 20 passengers on the same flights
• Name-change, rebooking and cancellation conditions
• Deadline for submitting the passenger list
• Offer validity period
• Payment conditions

All prices must be quoted in EUR. Offers in other currencies will not be considered.

Submission
Offers must be sent exclusively by email to procurement@ecovisio.org, with the subject line "IS Offer - Air Tickets Riga", by 09 October 2026. Offers sent to any other address will not be considered.

Selection
The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offer that meets all the requirements above.
