TENDERE, ACHIZIȚII ȘI CONTRACTĂRI ÎN MOLDOVA

Context
Within the Impact Space project, EcoVisio AO (Republic of Moldova) is organizing a study visit to Riga, Latvia, for a group of 20 participants from the Republic of Moldova. We invite accommodation providers and travel agencies to submit a financial offer.

Scope of services

• Accommodation for 20 persons, 4 nights: check-in 4 November 2026, check-out 8 November 2026
• Two room options must be quoted:
  • Single room (1 person)
  • Twin room (2 separate beds, 2 persons)
• The final mix of single and twin rooms will be confirmed at contracting
• Preferred location: central Riga or good public transport access

The offer must include

• Name and address of the hotel(s)
• Price per room per night and total price for 4 nights, for each option (single / twin), in EUR, without VAT
• Whether breakfast is included
• Written confirmation that the provider can accommodate the entire group of 20 persons for the full period
• Cancellation and name-change conditions
• Offer validity period
• Payment conditions

All prices must be quoted in EUR. Offers in other currencies will not be considered.

Submission
Offers must be sent exclusively by email to procurement@ecovisio.org, with the subject line "IS Offer - Accommodation Riga", by 15 October 2026. Offers sent to any other address will not be considered.

Selection
The contract will be awarded to the best-value offer that meets all the requirements above.
