The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a service provider able to support the professional organization and logistical management of series of trainings aimed to support the development of employment opportunities for young people who are not in education, employment, or training within its “Youth Employment Promotion in Moldova” project.

The services under this assignment shall be provided during the period 1^st September 2026 – 31^st December 2026.

The objective of this assignment is to support the implementation of project activities aimed at increasing employment opportunities for young people in Moldova who are not in education, employment, or training (NEETs), by ensuring the professional organization and logistical management of workshops, practicum sessions, follow-up events, and capacity-building activities for SMEs and training providers.

To achieve the assignment objective, the selected service provider shall perform the following tasks:

• Provide suitable venues for the implementation of workshops, trainings, practicum sessions, follow-up events, and other project-related activities, ensuring an appropriate professional environment conducive to learning, interaction, and networking.
• Ensure the provision and proper functioning of all required technical equipment, including multimedia projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, internet connection, and other necessary technical arrangements.
• Provide catering services for all activities, including coffee breaks, lunches, and other related services, according to the event agenda and number of participants.
• Arrange accommodation services for participants, trainers, or facilitators involved in project activities, in line with the agreed requirements and implementation schedule.
• Coordinate closely with the commissioning party to ensure timely planning, smooth implementation, and high-quality delivery of all logistical and organizational aspects of the activities.
• Ensure flexibility and responsiveness in addressing operational adjustments and additional requirements that may arise during the implementation period.
• Submit all relevant supporting documentation and final service reports upon completion of the assignment.

The tender is open to private companies, non-government organizations, professional associations, or consortia, resident in the Republic of Moldova, established and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. For a consortium, a cooperation agreement should be included in the technical offer.

Offers must be prepared in English or Romanian.

Proposals must be submitted in two parts, consisting of:

• Financial offer, detailed budget expressed in Moldovan Lei, VAT 0. The financial proposal is to be submitted strictly in accordance with the provided Price Schedule template.
• Registration certificate and contact information

All personal data are for the internal use of GIZ; confidentiality guaranteed.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (7000016127) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building; 1^st floor, Chisinau) not later than 03.08.2026 time 15:00.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
