Moldova Resilience Initiative (MRI) implemented by Management Systems International and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) respectfully requests quotations from qualified vendors for the provision of 22 Focus Group Discussion conduction services and 30 KII interviews in Cahul, Balti and Drochia for partners of the Moldova Resilience Initiative, as detailed in the Specifications provided herein.
