United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, "Support Police Capacity Building in the Field of Public Order and Cybercrime in Moldova" hereby invites prospective bidders to submit a bid for Purchase of special devices (hand-held metal detectors, thermal imagining binoculars, night vision devices) for Police (3 LOTs) in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
