The OSCE Mission to Moldova (“the OSCE”) issues a call for applications (“Applications”) from suppliers (“the Applicants”), in order to perform the market research on available buildings that can be contracted for lease. The OSCE is interested in suppliers, who can provide the office space for lease according to the requirements as defined in the current request for Expression of Interest (“the Statement of Requirements”).

This Call for EOI aims to identify suppliers that wish to participate in a consequent procurement process. Through this Call for EOI, companies or organizations are requested to express their interest providing lease services in Chisinau for OSCE Mission to Moldova.

Organizations who have already worked with the Mission as a lessor are also invited to apply.

 

The EOI must be submitted not later than 19 June 2024, 14:00 (Chisinau time) to the following email address: tenders-md@osce.org

The questions regarding the preparation of the EOI documents shall be addressed in writing to Procurement team at the address procurement-md@osce.org

Applications submitted by hard copies and facsimile will not be accepted.

Potential applicants that have obtained the Statement of Requirements, are to kindly inform the OSCE at the address below about whether they intend to submit an Application or will not participate.

At any time, the OSCE reserves the right to accept or reject any application, to annul or suspend the process, whether in whole or in part, and to reject all Applications, without incurring any liability whatsoever. In addition, the OSCE shall not have any obligation to provide reasons to applicants for its actions.
