Achiziții de bunuri și contractări de servicii

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the contracting a production and printing services (company) to support GIZ project with the organization of the event “Moldova Digital Summit 2024”, 06 - 08 June 2024.

The selected company will conduct all the activities in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference and eventual questions, please address a message to the e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than 08.05.2024, time 15:00.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

1. Technical offer (all according to ToR), that should describe in detail how the Offeror intends to carry out the Term of Reference (ToR) for the development of requested deliverables. The technical offer shall also include:

• Brief description of methodology, equipment of delivering the service and sample products according to the ToR
• Processes (presentation and explanation of the implementation plan, work activities, milestones, schedule etc.)
• Short description/overview of the company experience and qualification;
• Contact information for the bidder and responsible person;
• Other relevant documents;
• Copy of company registration certificate (registration in the Republic of Moldova), as well other related licenses and permissions;
• No-debt certificate from the Moldovan State Inspection or copy of the latest financial report.

2. Financial Offer (signed and stamped) calculated in MDL at 0% VAT and shall be provided in detail per task/ activities/ deliverables according TOR. The offer should include the total amount in MDL, 0% VAT. in a separate envelope.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (83464488) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building; 9^th floor, Chisinau) not later than 10.05.2024 time 15:00.
